Training Program

Phase 1 is designed to teach you the fundamentals of trading online, introducing you to many fundamental techniques and strategies of trading in both Futures and Options. You will be immersed in Futures and Options trading, and encouraged to explore new trading strategies and styles. Phase 1 will help you develop your own style of trading: from simple scalping techniques with indicators all the way to complex spreads, including volatility and delta scalping. Explore the type of trader you are and understand which type of trading fits your style. Through constant contact with training staff, you’ll be able to ask questions, voice concerns, and share comments; even those with many years of trading experience will be able to learn new strategies for successful online trading, and will be encouraged to share their trading experiences with everyone. Phase 1 will provide you with the following:

• On demand educational videos
• Instant access to the Live Virtual Trading Room
• 1-on-1 training and Personal Support
• Fundamental techniques and strategies
• Development of your own style of trading

In order to move on to Phase 2, you must complete our exams in both futures trading and options trading.

Phase 2 is designed to give you ample time to practice strategies, styles, and trading. Yo begin with a simulated account, allowing you to focus on practicing trades without risk of losing actual money. Begin keeping track of your trades through practice for your two month evaluation period (Phase 3). We will be with you every step of the way, providing you with the resources and staff to help you develop an understanding of the platform and online trading nuances. By the end of this phase, you will have: developed discipline to trade just like a professional trader, begun to understand how to implement and identify high probability low risk trades consistently, and practiced platform trading with you pulling the trigger. Phase 2 will provide you with the following:

• Simulation practice account
• Familiarity with the T4 Platform
• Trading performance and tracking
• Develop trading discipline and risk management
• Identification of favorable trading patterns

After you feel comfortable in yourself and the platform, you and your mentor will be able to pick a date to begin your two month evaluation period (Phase 3).

Phase 3 is designed to allow you time to demonstrate your trading abilities on a consistent basis. Once you begin Phase 3, we will begin monitoring your trades closely using a simulated account. You will still have continued access to the Live Virtual Trading Room, our educators and staff, and all other resources provided to you in the first two phases. Phase 3 will involve:

• Monitoring of all trades
• Demonstrating of trading abilities
• Two-month period of market fluctuation
• Evaluation based on:
  • Consistency
  • Style
  • Strategies
  • Adaptability
  • Risk Management
  • Profit ratio
  • Minimum $5k profit trading only one or two lots

Phase 4 is designed to give $5,000 in capital funding to those who have successfully passed the first three phases of the Index Elite trader training and recruitment program. With the completion of prior phases, you will become eligible for funding, be given a live trading account, and join the Index Elite team. Phase 4 will provide you with the following:

• $5,000 in firm capital funding
• Continual access to all online content
• Payout schedule based on account value
• Reasonable position sizes, acceptable daily losses, and commission rates

Understand that even though you have successfully passed the training process, you still must adhere to our trading rules and payout schedule. The rules may be changed for each trader at our discretion depending upon individual trader’s results as well as overall market conditions.
